Camp Check in for out-of-town students is Sunday, July
11, 2010 between 4pm & 6pm. Out of town students will receive a cell phone # in case of delays. After dinner, students
assemble for assignment @ 7PM in Student Lounge at the Eagle Hall Dormitory. Please see the Campus Map on the Camp website.
It can be downloaded for easy reference. All out-of-town students MUST check in before 7PM. Once you arrive, we will
have pizza and soft drinks for you and family members. At 7pm, we will assemble in the Lounge at Eagle Dormitory for assignment
in one of two Big Bands and one of 6 combos while at Camp. After that, you can play volleyball, toss around a Frisbee or watch
TV before lights out.
Bring your own bedding.
It's summer and there are no housekeeping services available. Sheets, light blanket (optional) and a pillow. Some students
simply bring a sleeping bag with a pillow.
Make sure to pack stuff like soap, towels, shampoo, deodorant and whatever items you
normally use. Unfortunately, we will not have these items available for sale at Camp.
All Students report to the Band
Room in the Fine Arts Building at 7:45am SHARP on July 12th. Do not be late! Directions are very easy. The Fine Arts Building
is an easy walk from the Dorm. All meals will be served on the 2nd floor of the Student Union, directly across from the Fine
Arts Building. A Campus Camp can be found on the website under 'Campus Map'.
